Ian Anderson House, Ontario’s first in-resident cancer hospice offers without charge, quality end-of life palliative care by trained medical professionals, for those who, for whatever reason, cannot be given the necessary round-the-clock care in their own homes. The House, therefore, is designed to create a homelike and safe environment where residents receive round-the-clock care.
At Ian Anderson House our focus is on quality of life with an emphasis on maintaining the independence and respecting the dignity of our residents. True to hospice philosophy, Ian Anderson House also understands the need to support the family as a unit.
